This forms the basis for each of our projects - an essential tool because it is so incredibly smart: our planning toolkit is BIM-based, 100% eligible for subsidies and compliant with building regulations throughout Germany. Our innovative and all-in-one data management system achieves excellent results in the areas of automatic data logging, analysis and integrated further processing. For example, we are able to automatically record service specifications with construction and equipment descriptions, determine production costs at the touch of a button and calculate the CO2 footprint. That's why we take standardisation a step further and rely on a combination of conventional construction methods and elements of industrial prefabrication. We always focus on maximising efficiency with short construction times and high quality.

Thanks to our standardised planning approach, we have created the ideal conditions for successively increasing the degree of prefabrication in the coming years.
