On a 5,300 m² plot in Düsseldorf-Unterbach, nyoo is constructing three individual buildings in a three-storey design with an additional staggered storey as part of the Instone neighbourhood development ‘Wohnen im Hochfeld’.

Urban living with a rural charm in Düsseldorf-Unterbach
A total of 66, predominantly publicly funded, 2 to 3-room apartments with a total living space of around 5,045 m² are being built. All of the apartments are barrier-free in accordance with DIN 18040-2. As energy-saving buildings, all three blocks fulfil the Efficiency House 55 standard, which effectively reduces heating costs. In addition, the building project obtains its heating energy from local district heating, thus minimising environmental impact and creating a sustainable building structure at the same time. Even before construction began, the project developed by nyoo was successfully sold to LEG as the long-term portfolio holder and final investor at the end of 2020. The project was completed in May 2023.
